Incredibly impressed with my experience with Rachel Skradski and her team! She was incredibly informative (I relocated to the area for work and knew nothing about Omaha) and helped me track down the best possible location and we were able to find a great home. I used to be in the Real Estate industry so I have encountered A LOT of agents- Rachel is hands down one of the best I have encountered. She quickly understood my needs and wants, then helped guide me to the home that was the best fit. At one point I considered raising my price point to find what I was looking for, her advice: "there is not need to increase your price point, if you are patient for a little while longer, you'll find what you are looking for." I have never heard an agent give that advice! And she was right- in less than two weeks I found the PERFECT home for me, UNDER that target price point. Thank you Rachel!

We have worked with Rachel & Cindy on three different occasions over the past 8 years. They have helped us with both buying & selling homes, and it has been a great experience each time. We most recently worked closely with Rachel to sell a rental house. She provided excellent guidance as we determined what repairs and improvements needed to be made after the tenants moved out, in order for the home to be ready to sell quickly. Nic was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the entire buying and selling process. He provided advice on various updates to help our house sell quickly and had great market insight to price the house just right. I would absolutely recommend Rachel Skradski to any prospective home buyer. We bought our first home with her, because she came highly recommended to us by some of my husband's colleagues. We moved to Omaha from another state, and it was very helpful to have Rachel's professionalism, expertise, and knowledge of the area in our home buying experience. We contacted Rachel on a Friday, because we were interested in visiting town for an open house of a home we really liked that weekend. In 24 hours, she set up multiple homes for us to view that were similar to what we described liking in the open house home. She drove us through neighborhoods, explained nice areas for shopping and restaurants nearby, and helped us get a feel for the different neighborhoods in Omaha. It helped us gain perspective of what life would be like in the new city, and after deciding on a home, we have been very happy with both the house and the location. I have recommended her to new friends who have moved here, and I will keep recommending her. They have a great team!

Rachel went above and beyond in helping us sell our house and buy a new one. She was always available to answer questions and her response time was often minutes, even late into the evening. Her knowledge of the process made buying/selling as easy as it could be. We gave her our criteria of what we wanted/needed in a new home, and she did not push us to look at houses that did not meet them but rather was patient until something we liked hit the market. Using a team like these two, they are able to bridge their availability to where one is always able to help answer questions or show you a house. Hopefully we will not be buying or selling anytime soon, but when we do we will be sure to call her again.

Nic’s flexibility and patience was incredible. My wife and I are expecting our first child and we were very particular what we were looking for. We went and looked at multiple houses and Nic never seemed impatient and was eager to help and answer any questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he went to go find the answer and would come back promptly. We ended up finding the right house and Nic made the entire process easy.
